You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery.
Exchanges and refunds are issued providing that the product has not been used and is not damaged. ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN.

In terms of payment, we accept PayPal, iDEAL, Bank Transfer and major Credit Cards such as: VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Making purchases in our webshop is secure (SSL). Our Payment Processor uses state of the art technology to keep your credit card information etc. safe. For details on our security measures, please see terms and conditions.
Prices are stated in EURO.

EU Countries:
To be able to ship products DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to a private person within the EU, Fabiotte Trading BV are also registered as a VAT (sales tax) applicable company in the Netherlands (NLxxxxxxxxxxx) -our customs point of entry when shipping goods to the EU. Therefore all shipments to our EU customers will be automatically invoiced with the Dutch sales tax of 21% included in the price.* The sales tax may most likely not be refundable or deductable in your country, local exceptions may apply.

SHIPPING
We will ship your order as fast as we can, normally the same day, business hours, of placing your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail. Shipping rates and options are clearly stated on our website during the checkout process.

EU Citizens
We ship worldwide using TPG Post service. Normal delivery time is 2-30 business days depending on how remote you live (also see overview below).
You will not suffer from customs problems or extra taxes. The price listed in the webshop are the price you will pay excl freight. Fabiotte Trading BV and TPG Post will handle all customs related matters for you. Estimated Shipping time Overview
Below is an overview of tentative lead times for shipping our web shop orders, estimated from time of dispatch from our warehouse in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Note that the service(s) we use are not guaranteed lead times, so variations may apply, depending on how remote you live. In our experience most deliveries are done well within the lead times indicated below. To get the best overview, we ask you to track your package online as soon as you get the notification email from our logistics partner(s).

Outside of the European Union it may take up to 30 days.

Tracking your shipment
If you have chosen ‘Track and Trace’ as way of delivery, you will receive an e-mail awith your tracking number once the order has been shipped.

RETURNS
You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of their delivery. Exchanges and refunds are issued providing the product has not been used and is not damaged.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING MUST FOLLOW THE RETURN.
Refunds will be paid to your PayPal account, Bank account or credit card and normally take 4 to 6 businessdays after we received your return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. For our warranty info, please see below.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
Our simple mission is to build the best products possible. We always seek to use the most advanced materials, technology and production methods. Fabiotte Trading BV warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one years from the date of purchase.
Please note that parts of the product are made of natural wood or mother of pearl.
Changes in colour and/or structure may occur during time which is normal, this is no warranty issue and claims concerning these matters can not be accepted.
If an Estelle product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. For detailed information please see the guidelines below and/or the product specification following the product.

The Warranty Process:

Before returning any product, you must contact Fabiotte Trading BV by e-mail to obtain a return authorization.
Arrange and pay shipping the product to Fabiotte Trading BV. We will ship back to you free of charge!
Ensure that the returned product is complete and in the original package.
Remember to include a note with your name, address and phone number AND, make sure to include a short statement explaining the warranty problem.

Important note:
Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under our warranty.
