Acceptance of the general terms and conditions
By placing an order on our site, you accept our terms and conditions, including our Privacy Policy.
Price changes
Fabiotte Trading B.V. reserves the right to change prices. The price at the time the order is placed applies throughout the entire purchase process. In cases where, for example, software or human error results in products being listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order – a notification will be issued.
Change to the product range
Fabiotte Trading B.V. reserves the right to change the availability of stock on the site and to remove products from the range before a purchase is registered.
Product information
We do our best to ensure that all content on our site is accurate. However, as we are only human, we reserve the right to make unintentional errors. Colours on your computer screen are not always 100% accurate.
Under 18 years of age?
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of your parents or guardian to make purchases in this online shop.
Damage during transport
If the parcel and/or its contents arrive damaged, please report this to the courier upon delivery. If you are returning items to us, please do not use regular post as it is not insured (and you will not receive compensation if the parcel is lost). Always keep your receipt. Please contact us if you find any damage when unpacking your items.
EU countries: in order to ship products DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to a private individual within the EU, Fabiotte Trading B.V. is also registered as a VAT (sales tax) liable company in the Netherlands (NL) - the customs point of entry for goods within the EU. Therefore, all shipments to our customers in the EU are automatically invoiced with Dutch sales tax of 21%, which is included in the price. The sales tax is probably not refundable or deductible in your country, but local exceptions may apply.
